Warranty Policy

All products sold by OrbitiePet come with a 30-Day Replacement Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This covers:

• Broken parts on arrival

• Non-functioning electronics

• Structural defects not caused by misuse

This does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by pets chewing

• Water damage (unless product is labeled water-safe)

To request a warranty replacement, email info@orbitiepet.com with:

• Order number

• Photo/video of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost once verified.
