If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll help you with an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in original condition (unused / no pet hair / no damage)

• Must include original packaging

• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If something arrives damaged, send a picture to info@orbitiepet.com and we’ll replace it free of charge.
