We ship directly from our fulfillment partners to ensure consistent delivery times year-round.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time: 6–12 business days (U.S. & Canada)

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking number within 2–4 days after ordering

  • Real-time delivery updates via email (and SMS if enabled)

If an item is delayed or temporarily out of stock, our support team will notify you immediately.

Order Changes:
If you need to update your order (address, variant, quantity), contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.

Lost / Stuck Packages:
If your tracking number shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us and we will investigate and replace when appropriate.
